If you already have a plan in hand, or one designed by your architect, or simply have a house picked out from the internet, at the end of our initial meeting (at your home or at our Annapolis office) we will set a specific time for us to provide you with your preliminary pricing. It usually takes about 14 working days to price out your project and develop a detailed set of specifications.
